Pilates Classes at Jardin d'Estrela
At-home Sessions (60 min)
Discounted rates are available for group classes, providing advantageous reductions when multiple individuals enroll together. Please contact me via email for further details.
I suggest you a Pilates Booty & a Pilates Sculpt trainings, focusing on abs and glutes. It combines Pilates with strength training exercises, allowing you to sculpt your booty.
The schedule:
– Pilates Sculpt: Tuesdays at 7:45 AM on the rooftop
– Pilates Booty: Thursdays at 6:30 PM in room 1.6A
There are no levels, just variations of exercises during the class.
You are all welcome, even if you have never done Pilates or any sports before.

Important:
Make sure to book your tickets on the website.
Bring your workout mat and water bottle, resistance bands will be provided (to kill those glutes and work those abs)!
