The class begins with Ballet movements. Then, we transition to the floor for the Pilates portion, where we work the entire body using a Pilates ball or cushion. We conclude with 10 minutes of heart coherence to stimulate the vagus nerve and calm the nervous system.

All the movements in this class come from the repertoire of Joseph Pilates. We conclude with 10 minutes of heart coherence to stimulate the vagus nerve and calm the nervous system.

Immerse yourself in a dynamic and energizing Pilates class that will highlight your glutes and transport you to the musical universe of the 90s. Through a combination of diverse exercises, you will work on your strength, endurance, and coordination. This class is specifically designed to target the glute muscles for sculpted and powerful buttocks.

The class starts with two compound exercises combined with an isometric contraction to pre-fatigue the glutes. We then move to the floor for the Pilates portion, alternating between strengthening the abdominals, working the glutes, and stretching the spine. The session concludes with 10 minutes of heart coherence to stimulate the vagus nerve and calm the nervous system.
