Stretch & Flow
This class, combining Pilates, chromotherapy, and sound bath, emphasizes deep breathing and body awareness. I invite you to become aware of each movement and every physical sensation. This will help you connect with your body, release tensions, and cultivate a sense of inner calm.
This class combines stretching sequences with gentle Pilates exercises, all accompanied by a soothing soundtrack. The stretches aim to improve posture, flexibility, and overall strength. Chromotherapy and sound waves contribute to soothing the nervous system and rebalancing body energy. We conclude with 10 minutes of heart coherence to stimulate the vagus nerve and calm the nervous system.
